For 11 years I built and maintained websites for a range of different businesses. One of the main areas I saw that caused stress for smaller businesses was getting the knowledge of how to keep their website up-to-date, use social media effectively, market their business online and remember how to do it all!
There are so many companies making websites and over the last few years the majority of phonecalls I had were people asking how to make changes to information on their website or how to set up a Facebook page and update it. So I decided to move from making websites to using my knowledge to help smaller businesses conquer the online world.
Book layout is another of my passions. Getting your story ready to be printed isn't as simple as giving a word doc to the printer, you need to consider your reader, image quality, which printer you use (depending on book size), how it is bound etc. But the result is always awesome.
